We are blessed to have such quality local food producers up and down the country, producers who are passionate about what they do and the food they make, all with their own unique stories that got them to where they are, stories that they are only happy to tell whenever they get the opportunity, when their voices are not been drowned out by the endless sloth of advertising on TV, radio and online forced upon us by the big brands and companies who throw endless sums of money at advertising and branding regardless of the quality of their product. We have food producers who have no choice but to let the quality of their food do the talking as they simply cannot compete in the advertising space that exists to let you know what they have created for you to enjoy. So they will all agree that being a local food producer is a struggle one that they are dedicated to and we are delighted to be able to offer each one of them to you and hopefully make it easier for you to bring these foods into your home, so they may not be the biggest brands in their categories but many of them have the quality and heritage to have been awarded the title of 'Best' winning awards up and down the country. The Apple Farm

Seeking a higher quality apple juice for our customers we stumbled across an absolutely extraordinary small producer of the highest quality apple juices and everything to do with the apple in the aptly named The Apple Farm in Co Tipp. Con and the guys in the Apple Farm are completely dedicated to producing high quality products from soft fruits such as strawberries and raspberries to still and sparkling Apple juice and doing it the natural way free from chemicals and preservatives. Second Generation apple farmer Con now has a big variety of products, his Passion and knowledge for the products he produces is infectious and we are delighted to be able to offer you The Apple Farm products exclusive to Bia Úr Doorstep delivery. The Bolton Family Jams & Chutneys

We are delighted to finally bring The Bolton Family's range of Jams and Chutneys on board to offer you High Quality Small Batch Jams and Chutneys that simply could not be fresher. With an excellent range of flavors to choose from all made from fruit grown on their fruit orchard at the foot of the Killeshin Hills in Co. Laois and without any chemicals or preservatives these products are noticeably better quality than mass produced products found on the shelves. Vonny has amazed us with her story of how she began making Jams, learning from her mother in law in order to impress her husband Michael over 30 years ago, who if he were still with us would be immensely proud of what she has achieved, a product born out of love and continues to be made in a traditional way passed on from generation to generation over three decades ago has to be worth a try.

The Lazy River Cafe

Situated overlooking the banks of the river barrow in Graiguecullen Carlow, Dave and the gang at the lazy river have worked hard over the last 10 years providing high quality food and an excellent service to Carlow diners with particular acclaim given to some of their signature products, such as their Traditional Brown Soda and Handmade Fruit and Plain Scones which we are delight to be able to bring to your door freshly baked on the day of delivery and exclusive to Bia Úr.

The Village Dairy

The Village Dairy, where milk matters, is a small local family run dairy based in Killeshin just on the Carlow – Laois border. Founded in late 2014, the Village Dairy produces a variety of craft milk and cream products, including; Fresh Milk and Cream, Buttermilk, Organic Milk and Cream and Jersey Milk and Cream. We’re proud and honoured to say The Village Dairy is a Multi Award-Winning Dairy, we pride ourselves in supplying a high-quality product to our customers both locally and nationally, getting the milk from the farm to the customer in just 24 hours. The milk is pasteurised and homogenised but tampered with it as little as possible to maintain its great natural flavour. Our priority is supplying customers with fresh great tasting quality products with traceability. We have a strong emphasis on supporting local with most milk collected from farms who are within a 10km radius from the Village Dairy’s premises in Clonmore. All our Fresh Milk is sourced from the farming community in Killeshin from farmers who are second and third generation. Our Organic Milk is sourced from two organic run family farms who we work with closely and our Jersey Milk comes from a little further down the road from farmers who have a passion for farming and the milk they produce.

Free Range Eggs

Currently we supply only large high grade free range eggs that are being locally supplied from John and Mary in Ballon Eggs. Their hens are idyllically located in the country side just outside Ballon in Co Carlow where they are expanding their business to accommodate a couple of hundred more lucky hens such is the demand for their fresh tasty eggs.

We also supply eggs from Tullow based company Mount Leinster Eggs

Walshe's Juices

Paul Walshe founded Sunshine Juice in 1998, after taking a trip to the USA, it left him longing for freshly squeezed juice.
He convinced his dad to let him convert the old family milking parlour and Sunshine Juice was born.

Staffords Bakeries

By far one of our biggest suppliers but then after 65 years in business to be still be family owned doing things in the traditional way is to be applauded and down through the years Staffords have won countless awards demonstrating the quality of their breads and cakes and this is why we have partnered with them to bring you their traditional freshly sliced Crusty pan loaf.
